Motherhood is teaching me to get real good real fast at doing things one handed. ☺️✨💕 My first day back in the kitchen in what seems like forever! I’m still not 100% (cue the obnoxious c-section recovery belt you see me wearing here) but feeling better physically each day. {The love makes it all beyond worth it.}

Created a simple blueberry crumble recipe. 💙🦋

Line baking dish with parchment paper

Preheat oven to 375F

For blueberry mixture, combine:

3 cups bluebs

1 TBSP @wedderspoonofficial manuka honey or sweetener of choice

2 tsp @bobsredmill Arrowroot flour

juice of 1/2 small lemon

Add blueberry mixture to baking dish and set aside

Combine for topping:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup ground flaxseed

1/4 cup coconut sugar

1 TBSP manuka honey

1/2 cup coconut oil

pinch of @celticseasalt

ground cinnamon.

Top blueberry mixture with crumble and bake for 30 mins!

This dish is vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar free. Easy to make and delicious!
