- 1 can organic full fat coconut milk
- 1 cup filtered water
- 3/4 cup (12 TBSP) organic chia seeds (10% off at betterbodyfoods.com with code mercedes)
- 2 TBSP Wedderspoon Manuka Honey or raw local honey
- 1 TBSP organic ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp organic ground black pepper
- 2 tsp organic ground cinnamon
- Blend all ingredients in Vitamix or high-speed blender
- Pour into covered glass storage containers and refrigerate overnight.
- Enjoy as the perfect breakfast or snack
- Optional: top with nuts and fruit. I especially like cashews or pecans for this recipe and frozen organic cherries.
