Cinnamon is a well-known blood stabilizer.

Oats and tocos are great sources of whole grains which are known to be low glycemic.

Chamomile flowers are known to promote relaxation and calm anxiety.

On top of all that, this recipe just so happens to be vegan, gluten-free, and DELICIOUS. And FIVE or less ingredients.



  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 TBSP Sun Potion Tocos
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Optional: chamomile flowers


  1. Combine oats, water & tocos in sauce pan over medium heat stirring constantly until water is absorbed, or desired oatmeal consistency is reached
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon
  3. Optional: garnish with chamomile flowers
