Who doesn’t love a chocolatey blended ice coffee drink? This delicious blend has added superfood/adaptogen boosts that are sure to leave you feeling revved up.

After reading the book, Adaptogens, I can’t seem to get enough of them. The way I like to fit adaptogens into my diet on the daily is by blending them into my morning coffee! I usually make a warm bulletproof coffee with healthy fats, but this week we’ve been out of ghee– AND I’ve been craving chocolate– so I’ve been switching up my routine with this recipe this week. 🙂

Typically my smoothie recipes are two servings because I usually share with my husband, but he is not a fan of this recipe because of the banana, so this recipe yields one serving! Additionally, if you’re also banana-adverse, feel free to skip the banana ingredient in this recipe. Or try replacing it with frozen (pre-steamed) cauliflower for the same texture without the banana flavor!
Happy blending!
