There’s nothing special about this recipe, except for its mega superfood boost! This chia pudding makes a perfectly energizing breakfast to fuel you through your day. It is loaded with healthy fats, protein, and fiber to keep you feeling satisfied, and superfoods to help you function at your best. Oh, and did I mention it’s delicious?

 

Ingredients:

1 Can Organic Coconut Milk (full fat)

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

1-2 TBS Raw Honey

1-2 TBS matcha powder

optional: maca powder

optional: garnish with your favorite fruits and nuts. I used organic bananas, organic frozen blueberries, crumbled pecans, and coconut milk yogurt. 👌🏼

 

Directions:

Combine coconut milk, chia seeds, honey, matcha powder, and optional Maca powder in a large bowl

Stir until everything is mixed together

Pour mixture into mason jars, cover with lids, and store in fridge overnight

By morning it should have thickened and be ready to eat!

Pro tip: garnish with your favorite fruits and nuts
